Refunds, returns and exchanges

At The Frosted Wish, all our cakes are freshly made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been collected or delivered.

Order cancellations

  • Non-themed cakes and cupcakes: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 5 working days before the collection or delivery date.

  • Themed, logo, or bespoke cakes/cupcakes: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 working days before the collection or delivery date.

Please note: Cancellations made after these timeframes cannot be refunded, as ingredients and preparation work will already be underway.
