Our fillings include Vanilla Buttercream (Milk), Chocolate Buttercream (Milk, Soya), Lotus Biscoff Buttercream (Milk, Soya, Gluten (Wheat)), Oreo (cookies and cream) Buttercream (Milk, Soya, Gluten (Wheat)), and Nutella (Milk, Soya, Hazelnuts). Please note: All our products may contain traces of cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Soya, Peanuts, Sesame, and Sulphites.

• All Cakes: Available in 5”, 6”, 8”, and 10” diameters, with an approximate height of 5”–7”.
• 2-Tier Cakes: Bottom tier 8” base, top tier 6” base, with a total height of approximately 12”–14”. Other tier sizes are available upon request.

Please note: Heart Cakes, Vintage Cakes, Calendar cakes and Mini Message cakes are shorter due to fewer sponge layers.

Always carry your cake by supporting the bottom of the box, avoiding pressure on the sides. During transport, place the cake on the floor of an air-conditioned vehicle rather than on a seat. Buttercream cakes should be refrigerated promptly and removed from the fridge 2–3 hours before serving in winter, 30 minutes in summer, and 20 minutes for vegan or dairy-free cakes year-round. Fondant cakes should not be refrigerated; keep them in a cool, dry place instead. Serve all cakes at room temperature and keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat to prevent collapsing. Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3–4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

Each of our cakes is lovingly handcrafted by bakers, not machines, so colours, sprinkles, and designs may vary slightly from the photos—making every cake truly one-of-a-kind!

Once an order has been collected or delivered, we are unable to accept returns. If you need to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund if we receive notice 7 working days in advance for regular cakes and cupcakes, or 10 working days in advance for Design Your Own themed cakes/cupcakes and bespoke creations. Any changes to your order must be requested at least 5 working days before collection or delivery, depending on the cake type and whether any special additions were requested.
