About our cakes
• Single-tier cakes: Available in 5″, 6″, 8″, and 10″ widths, and usually measure around 5–7″ tall.
• Mini Message, Vintage, and Cake of Hearts: Slightly shorter, usually around 4–5″ tall.
• Two-tier cakes: Common sizes include 7″ + 5″, 8″ + 6″, or 10″ + 8″. Heights typically range between 12–16″, depending on flavour and design.
• Other tiered cakes: We’re happy to create 3-tier or custom sizes on request. Please send us an enquiry for more details.

Yes! We create fondant cakes and can add beautiful toppers made from card, sugar sheets, or edible fondant—available on request.

Yes, we do. However, please be aware that our kitchen handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee that our cakes are completely free from cross-contamination. We do take every precaution to minimise this risk.
We currently offer vegan cakes only.
We do not offer eggless, dairy-free or gluten-free cakes at this time, but we are planning to introduce more free-from options in the future.
Ordering
Our standard notice period is 2 days (subject to availability). If you require a cake sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Buttercream cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out around 1–2 hours before serving, depending on the room temperature. Fondant cakes do not need refrigeration; they should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please refer to the instructions provided with your cake for more details.
Please note that we do not accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to offer a full refund provided we receive at least 7 working days’ notice for non-themed cakes/cupcakes, and 10 working days’ notice for themed or logo cakes/cupcakes and bespoke cakes. Changes can only be made to your order if we are given at least 5 working days’ notice, depending on the cake and whether additional items have been ordered specifically.

Simply select your preferred date at checkout. If the date you’d like isn’t available, don’t worry, our cakes stay fresh for 3–4 days when stored in the fridge.
We deliver between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You’ll receive an email the day before your order with a more specific delivery window. On the day of delivery, tracking details will be sent via SMS and email.
